    • 25,000 BTU/hr. open burners with anti-clog lift-off burner heads
    • 20,000 BTU/hr. griddle with 1″ thick plate
  • Range Base options include two ovens choice of:
    • (1) Standard oven, 35,000 BTU/hr. and (1) Space Saver oven 27,000 BTU/hr.
    • (1) Convection ovens, 30,000 BTU/hr. and (1) Space Saver oven 27,000 BTU/hr.
  • No standing pilots electronic ignition burners, griddles, and ovens
  • Ideal for low-volume cooking such as churches, fire stations, community centers, retirement centers, and anywhere else a commercial range is required
  • 26.5 inch Oven interiors measures 26-1/2″W x 22-1/2″D x 13-1/2″H
    and Space Saver: Oven dimensions: 20″W x 26 1/2″D x 13 1/2″H
  • All ovens are supplied with two racks
  • Oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F
